An exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Manager in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.   • Superior operational abilities and extensive knowledge of the various aspects of human resources: compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, etc.
  • Extensive employee relations experience under a collective bargaining agreement
  • Lead a team of 3 HR professionals while supporting attract and retain objectives and the monthly, quarterly, and annual company initiatives.
  • Provide performance management and workforce development coaching and consulting to the operations and administrative leadership team.
  • Facilitate report out of HR analytics, monthly HR & company initiatives, and announcements.
  • Represent division group at community and corporate events and meetings.
  • Promote change initiatives through proactive communication and relationship building.
  • Introduce and support continuous improvement concepts while providing guidance and oversite to reach intended objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a professional HR management role with experience in a union and manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set priorities.
Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS Systems.
10% travel - Some travel to Canada will be required.
100% onsite in a plant environment.
